How To Create A Support Ticket

We're always happy to help! Here's how to create a support ticket in Dottid.

  1. Navigate to your avatar in the bottom left-hand corner and Select the Support Icon.

  2. Submit a support ticket with a brief note about the issue(s) and then Click Submit. Submitting a ticket will grant the Dottid Client Success team access for 7 days.


PRO TIP

If you are a company admin you will have the option to grant the Dottid Client Success team access for 60 days. You can do this by clicking the checkbox under the notes section and clicking Submit.


USER PERMISSIONS

Users at the Admin and Maintainer permission levels can mark a deal as inactive.

Users at the Admin permission level can delete a deal.
