Add a Tenant Contact to a New Inquiry
1. Navigate to the Inquiries page, then, click + Inquiry in your left-side navigation.
2. Scroll down and click on the + button to the right of the Tenant Contacts section.
3. Fill in the tenant contact information and click Add.
Add a Tenant Contact to an Existing Inquiry
1. If you need to retroactively add a tenant contact to an existing inquiry, navigate to the specific inquiry from the left-side navigation. When in the inquiry workspace, click the + button in Tenant Contacts section on the right of the screen.
2. Click the + button next to the Tenant Contacts section on the right side of the page.
3. Fill in the tenant contact information and click Add.
Add a Tenant Contact to a New Deal
1. Navigate to the Deals page and click the blue + button in your left-side navigation.
2. Scroll down and click on the + button to the right of the Tenant Contacts section..
3. Fill in tenant contact information and click Add.
Add a Tenant Contact to an Existing Deal
1. Navigate to the Deals page and click on a specific deal from the left-side navigation.
2. Navigate to the Team tab at the top of the page and under the Tenant Team section, click the blue + Contact button.
3. Fill in tenant contact information and click Add.
PRO TIP
Tenant Contacts do NOT have access to Dottid, this is simply a way to store contact information.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
