Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication

Enable multi-factor authentication settings to add an extra layer of account security to your Dottid profile.

To Enable Multi-Factor Authentication on your Dottid profile

1. Navigate to your User Profile on the bottom left-side of your screen. Then, click Settings.

2. Select Password from the list shown in your settings window. From here, you can toggle Multi-Factor Authentication settings on or off using the blue lever.


To Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for all Users

1. Navigate to your User Profile menu in the bottom left-side of your screen. Then, click Settings.

2. Click Security from the list shown in your settings window. From here, you can toggle Multi-Factor Authentication settings on or off using the blue lever. This will mandate Multi-Factor Authentication for all the users in your company.


USER PERMISSIONS

Users who are invited to join a company in Dottid at any permission level can initiate Multi-Factor Authentication.


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to Edit Your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
