Activating & Logging into Your Dottid Account

First time logging in to Dottid? We've got you covered!

  1. To begin setting up your Dottid account, locate the "Welcome to Dottid!" email invitation in your inbox.

2. Once you have located the Welcome email, click the "Get Started" link.

3. The email associated with your individual account will auto-populate. Create a password for your personal account to log in to Dottid.

4. Having trouble finding the Welcome email? No problem.

Visit the Dottid Login Page on the Dottid website. Using the company email associated with your Dottid account, click the Create Account button to sign up.

5. Validating your Dottid access is easy! Simply click the verification link sent to your email.


PRO TIP

If you have any issues after clicking the verification link in your email, simply click the Logout button and re-enter your username and password. This will take you to the final account setup page shown below.


6. To finish your account registration and complete sign up - enter your name, contact information, company, and select the most relevant job title from the drop down menu.

Having trouble logging on?

  • If you don't see a "Welcome to Dottid!" email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.. The sender should be Team Dottid [info@dottid.net] and the subject line should be "Welcome to Dottid!"

  • Please ensure you are using one of our preferred internet browsers: Google Chrome and/or Microsoft Edge.

  • Ready to work in Dottid from your smartphone? Download the free Dottid Mobile App, currently available on iOS and Android devices. Log in with the credentials used to activate your account for push notifications and get deals done on-the-go.

  • You can also access Dottid on your phone from your browser like Safari, Google Chrome, etc. via https://app.dottid.com


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
