Navigating to the Asset Stacking Plan or Visualization
1. Navigate to the Properties age - then, Click on a Property from the left-side navigation.
2. In the property's overview page, depending on the property type, click either Stacking Plan OR Visualization from the tabs at the top of the page.
OR
Viewing the Stacking Plan on Office Properties
1. Drag to expand the Floor Slider to select which floors you want to view. View the color coded legend to determine which tenants are closest to expiration (red) and those furthest from expiration (green).
2. Click on a Suite to view more in-depth suite details and to take action on a tenant's lease.
Viewing the Visualization on Retail & Industrial Properties
1. View the color-coded legend to determine which tenants are closest to expiration (red) and those furthest from expiration (green). Click into Visualization on the right of the screen to interact with the site map of your asset.
2. Click on a Suite to view more in-depth suite details and to take action on a tenant's lease.
USER PERMISSIONS
Users with Admin and Maintainer permissions can view Visualization.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to Edit Your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
