Mobile Inquiries

1. To view all active inquiries, select Inquiries on the row of tabs at the bottom of the screen.

2. Press the View By button in the top right corner to filter active inquiries by Market, Portfolio, Fund, Property, or Status.

3. Use the blue + button to quickly add new inquiries, deals, or comments.

4. To collaborate on the app, click on an Inquiry. Type directly into the Activity Log and @mention teammates to notify them immediately of any updates.

5. To move an inquiry to a deal in the mobile app, simply select an Inquiry. Then, press the blue Convert to Deal button.


Mobile Deals

1. To view all active deals, press Deals on the row of tabs at the bottom of the screen.

2. Press the View By button in the top right corner to filter active deals by Market, Portfolio, Fund, Property, Stage, or Status.

3. To collaborate in the app, click on a deal. The app will default to the Activity tab. Type directly into the Activity Log, and @mention teammates to notify them immediately of any deal updates.

4. Press into the Tasks tab within a deal to view, update, and complete tasks from your task list and to move a deal from one stage to another.

5. Press into the Terms tab to view deal terms at a glance. To finalize the deal terms, use the check mark circle icon on the left to mark LOI on the final proposal or counter offer.

6. To access files you have already uploaded, press into the Files tab. Select a file to pull up a preview of the document.

7. To send a document from your phone, press the export button in the lower, right corner of the screen. This will allow you to text, email, or post a document through various mediums.


Mobile Properties

1. Select Properties on the row of tabs at the bottom of the screen to view all properties in your portfolio.

2. Press the View By button in the top right corner to filter your properties list by Market, Portfolio, Fund, Property Type, or Status.

3. Select a property to pull up the rent roll on the Tenants tab.

4. Press the down arrow next to the "In" in the top right corner to reveal a drop-down menu of high-level insights about the property.

5. Select a suite or tenant from the rent roll to see the suite card. You can view current tenant information and any active or completed deals for that suite.

6. From the suite card, take action on your deals by viewing deal terms or starting a renewal, expansion, or contraction on the suite.

7. From the property rent roll, select the Deals tab to view a summarized deal pipeline.

8. Select the Inquiries tab within the property to view any associated active inquiries.

9. Select the Files tab to preview or send documents, that have been previously uploaded, via text or email. This tab works like the Deal Files tab.


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
