Download the App

  1. Visit the Apple App Store if you are an iPhone user or the Google Play Store if you are an Android user. Then, type "Dottid: Keeping Deals in Line" to find our mobile app.

  2. Download the app. Then, sign in to the app using the same credentials you use on the web version of Dottid.

  3. To edit mobile settings, access your user profile, in the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Select Push Notifications.

  5. On your mobile device, customize the Dottid activity you would like to receive push notifications for.

    If you are @ mentioned in a comment on a deal, Dottid will generate a push notification to your mobile device. Based on your in-app desktop notification settings, you will also receive an email notification that you have been tagged in a comment.

    How to Create a Support Ticket

    If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
