Navigate to the Properties page and select a Property. Click the Leasing Assumptions tab on the top toolbar.

To define the metrics of your Leasing Goals, click Add Leasing Goals.

Dottid does the hard work for you and auto-populates any vacancies or upcoming renewals.

To add your leasing goals, click directly into the workspace to add your figures to each suite. Click Save when finished.

To Edit existing leasing goals, click the Pencil Icon on the right side of the screen.

Click the + Suite button to add suites to your leasing goals. Use the drop down menu to select specific suites.

Click the X button, located next to the suite number, to remove a suite from your Leasing Assumptions.
