1. Navigate to the Properties page. Locate the drop-down menu in your left-side navigation, then click on a Property.
2. Click on a suite from the rent roll to view the Suite Card.
3. The Suite Card will open to the Workspace, where you can view your team's comments and messages related to the deal so you will always be in the loop.
4. To view the lease associated with the suite, click the Lease tab. If you want to see an expanded view of the deal terms, click View Deal.
5. To view deals associated with the suite, click the Deals tab. Here you can view In-Progress Deals, Completed Deals, and Expired Deals.
6. To view TI Projects associated with the suite, click the TI Projects tab. Here you can view Not Started, In-Progress, or Completed Projects.
7. To add additional tenant contacts contacts click the + icon. Once you've added your information, click Save. These contacts will not have access to Dottid, but are there to help keep track of contacts on the tenant side.
8. To edit or delete a tenant contact on an expanded suite card, click the three dots to the right of the tenant contact to keep your information up-to-date.
9. You can also track why previous tenants did not renew in the suite card. Once a lease expires, the Lease Expired milestone will appear in the suite cards activity log. You can select the reason they did not renew from the drop down in the milestone. You can select from the following options as a reason they did not renew:
Business Expansion
Business Contraction
Uninhabitability
Relocation
Negotiation Disagreement
Negligent Landlord

How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to Edit Your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
