1. To add a new project to the platform, click the blue + Icon and click Add Project.
2. Type in the Project Name and select the properties included in the project.
3. To view the project, go to the Properties page and select the newly made Project from the drop-down menu.
4. Here you will be able to see the information for all the Properties within the Project. You can navigate to a specific Property within the Project and also navigate back to the Project.
5. If you need to edit the project, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and select Edit Project. You can change the project name, add properties, and remove properties. Once you make your desired edits, click Save.
USER PERMISSIONS
Users at the Admin and Maintainer permission levels can mark a deal as inactive.
Users at the Admin permission level can delete a deal.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
