Creating the Visualization From the Properties Page

1. On the Properties page, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and select Edit Visualization.

2. To add an image for a new visualization, drag and drop or click on the File icon and upload a Bird's eye view of the property. Then, click Save File.

PRO TIP

If you do not have a current file to use for the visualization, create one by clicking on the Generate Google Map button. Once you click the generate google map image, Input Your Building's Address and click download in the top left corner of the google map preview. This will create a PNG file for you to upload into Dottid!

3. To draw your new slate visualization, Click the pencil icon to draw your visualization. Here you can label suites and map objects. You can optionally turn on force rectangle and/or snap points to assist with your visualization drawing. Once you are satisfied with your visualization, click Save Property.

Editing an Existing Visualization

1. On the Properties page, click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) and select Edit Visualization.

2. Here you can edit the photo by clicking Edit Image icon and you will be prompted to upload an image (see steps above). Additionally, you can edit existing suites by clicking the pencil icon next to the suite name, or delete a suite by clicking the trashcan icon. Once your changes have been made click the Save Property button.
