How to Connect to Argus

Connect to ARGUS Enterprise Cloud in Dottid with these quick easy steps!

Before connecting your ARGUS Cloud Account:

1. Select the email account you are going to use to connect Dottid and ARGUS Cloud and Log Into: https://cloud.altusplatform.com/

2. To select an organization admin space, you must have logged in with this email address at least once as well. Be sure that you are assigned as an ARGUS API user on the ARGUS API page before connecting your account.

3. Your email account should have access to the portfolios and the properties in ARGUS Cloud that you are looking to connect in Dottid.

2. Make sure the following information you wish to map is present in Argus Cloud before doing the integration.

  • Portfolios are setup in Argus Cloud

  • Property files live in those portfolios

  • Property files are part of the base scenario in ARGUS Cloud

  • In ARGUS Cloud, Suite #โ€™s are tagged to MLAs in ARGUS Lease


ARGUS Cloud Integration on The Dottid Platform

1. Click on your avatar and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

2. Click Integrations and select Connect, to link your ARGUS Enterprise Cloud to the Dottid Platform.

3. On the Changes to Billing screen, click Proceed.

4. On the ARGUS Enterprise Cloud installation screen, click Next

5. Enter your email address from your ARGUS Enterprise Account, and input the following codes provided in your ARGUS Cloud Environment. Click Connect.

6. You will now see your ARGUS Cloud Enterprise Properties in your integrations in the integrations. Once your files have been matched, click Save.


PRO TIP

The information from ARGUS will be pulled into Dottid every day at 7:30am CT.


USER PERMISSIONS

Users at the Admin and Maintainer permission levels can mark a deal as inactive.

Users at the Admin permission level can delete a deal.


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
