Global Settings in the MRI integration is the place identify the categories in your MRI account that match the fields in Dottid so that the integration correctly maps the data between the two platforms. The data sync will not run unless Global Settings have been addressed first.
Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner of your screen and then click on settings.
Navigate to the Integrations tab and select MRI and then click on Global Settings.
Select all Square Footage Types that refer to leasable area at any of the buildings in your MRI account. Click on the pencil icon and choose as many square footage types as are needed.
Select the Income Category that applies to Base Rent in your MRI portfolio. This will be your global default for the income category that applies to Base Rent.
Once you make a selection, an additional button appears called “Edit by Property” which allows you to specify income categories that are applied to different buildings in your MRI account.
If no selections are made by property, then the global default will be used.
Select the MRI Income Category that applies to Free Rent.
Select the Lease Cost Category that applies to Tenant Improvements.
Select the MRI Option Type that applies to each option, if any. These are in reference to the "Note Reference 1" section in MRI.
Select the Lease Note Type that applies to each Clause type, if any. These are in reference to the "Note Reference 1" section in MRI.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
