Navigating the Companies Page

Get a snapshot of the companies occupying your portfolio!

The Companies page aggregates all of your companies across your Dottid portfolio including Inquiries, Deals, and Properties.

1. Select the Companies Tab on the left side of the window and select a specific company.


Leases Tab

The Lease Expiration, Market, Fund, Portfolio, or Property tabs under the Leases Tab have the following:

  • Upcoming & Active leases for the company with helpful information like Suite number, LCD, LXD, Base Rent, etc. If you click on any of these rows, you will be taken to view the completed deal.

  • A pie chart that shows a breakdown of the company from the selected subtab perspective (Lease Expiration, Market, Fund, Portfolio, or Property).

    • Ex. When looking at the Lease Expiration Sub Tab, the pie chart below shows what percentage of your active leases have 24+ months left in their lease, 12-24 months left, 7-12 months left, and 0-6 months left.

  • Percentage of how much the company selected makes up of your Assets Under Management as well as your total SF of all your Assets.

  • Projected Income statement once all leases are completed their term.

  • There is also a section under the Assets Under Management section that will be gone into more detail on below in the Filtering the Leases Sub Tabs Section.


Filtering the Leases Sub Tabs

1. Using the Lease Expiration Sub Tab as an example, in the top right-hand corner, you can click the filter to select between all the available options. This will affect the section shown below.

2. Once a filter is selected, the total SF within the pie graph to reflect the total SF under the selected filter.


Deals Tab

The Deal Stage, Market, Fund, Portfolio, or Property tabs under the Deals Tab have the following:

  • List of In Progress Deals and Inquiries with helpful information like Deal Stage, Square Feet, Base Rent, etc.

  • A Pie chart that shows the percentages of the company from the selected subtab perspective (Deal Stage, Market, Fund, Portfolio, or Property).

    • Ex. When looking at the Deal Stage Sub Tab, the Pie chart below shows what percentage of your In Progress deals are in the Tour, Proposal, or Legal stages.

  • Percentage of how much the company would potentially be of your Assets Under Management if the deal was completed, as well as your total SF of all your Assets.

  • Projected Income Statement if the deal was completed and fully executed.

  • There is also a section under the Assets Under Management section that will be expanded on below in the Filtering the Deals Sub Tabs Section.


Filtering the Deals Sub Tabs

1. Using the Deal Stage Sub Tab as an example, in the top right-hand corner, you can click the filter to select between all the available options. This will affect the section shown below.

2. Once a filter is selected, you can see a total square footage that are under that filter and a percentage of how much the company's deals make up of that filter. This also updates the total SF within the pie graph to reflect the total SF under the selected filter.


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
