1. When you select the Insights tab on the left-hand side of your screen, Portfolio Performance will auto select.

2. At the top of the page you will see an overview of your portfolio's active tenants with your Occupancy percentage, number of active leases, fund, properties, markets, portfolios, & your occupied Square Feet. You will also see an Occupancy Trend graph that will allow you to see how your occupancy has changed over the past year.

3. Scrolling down, you will see your Top 10 Leases as well as a Tenant Industry Breakdown.

  • The Top 10 Leases are organized by largest square feet.

  • The Tenant Industry Breakdown shows the industries that have the greatest amount of active tenants.

4. Next, continuing to scroll, you will see 4 Bar graphs. When reading the bar charts, the sections containing [X, Z) refers to the range included in the total, with X being the lowest end and Z being the highest end of the range.

  • Lease Term (Mo) - This bar chart shows the total square footage that falls under a given lease term range.

  • Lease Area (SF) - This bar chart shows the total square footage that falls under a given Square Footage range.

  • Base Rent ($/Mo) - This bar chart shows the total square footage that falls under a given Base Rent range.

  • NER ($/mo/PSF) - This bar chart shows the total square footage that falls under a given NER range.

5. Scrolling all the way down to the bottom, you will see a Weighted Average Lease Term based on your entire active Portfolio on Dottid. This includes the Occupied Square Footage, how much a building makes up of your portfolio, the WALT (YR), & percentage of your WALT quarter over quarter.

  • The quarter over quarter WALT percentage is calculated by taking the last day of the previous quarters WALT and comparing it to the current WALT.

PRO TIP

You can filter all of your Portfolio Performance by Market, Portfolio, Fund, or Property by going to the top of the page and clicking on the Filter By dropdown.
