Creating a New Inquiry

To Create a New Inquiry

1. Navigate to the Inquiries Page in the Dottid platform. Then, click the blue + button in the side navigation bar on the upper, left-hand side of the screen.

2. A modal will appear. Input the date that the tenant inquired about the space in the Inquired On section.

3. Click the drop down where it says Company. Select whether the tenant is a new company, undisclosed, or an existing company you have had a previous deal or inquiry with.

4. If you select new company, input the companies Name, Property Type, and Industry. Optionally, you can add a Label, which is what the deal will be named in the platform.

5. If you select Undisclosed you will only need to input Property Type and Industry.

6. If you select an existing tenant, Company Name, Property Type, and Industry will automatically fill.

7. Select all the properties the tenant is interested in the Choose Properties section.

8. Now fill in the Tenant Requirements. Only LCD No Earlier Than and Minimum Square Feet are required. If you do not have a target LCD, you can select the TBD checkbox.

9. Optionally, you can add any Tenant Contacts or the tenants Current Location. Once you have input all of your data, click save.


To Track Inquiry Activity

1. Visit the Inquiry Overview page to view your Inquiry Tracker. - this is a visual representation of new inquiry activity.

2. Dottid provides metrics for your Inquiry Activity based on industry, location, and square footage requested.


How to Create a Support Ticket

If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
