Remove or Add a Property on an Inquiry
1. Navigate to the properties card on the right side of the inquiry page. From there, Click the garbage can icon next to the property you want to remove.
2. Select one or more reason(s) for why a specific inquiry fell through - remember, this helps you capture trends and data for your portfolio in Dottid.
3. To add one or more properties to an inquiry, Navigate to the properties card on the right side of the inquiry page. From there, click the + icon next to add a property.
4. Select one or more properties you would like added to the inquiry and click Save.
How to Edit An Inquiry
Navigate to the Inquiries page and Select an inquiry from the Left Side Navigation.
Click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner. Then, Click Edit Tenant Inquiry Requirements from the drop-down menu.
Edit/Modify prospect information (tenant requirements, square footage, target LCD, industry, location, etc.). Then, click Save.
How to Inactivate an Inquiry
1. Click the ⋮ (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner. Then, click Inactivate Inquiry from the drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason(s) why the prospective tenant isn't interested in the property anymore and Click Submit.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything, please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
