1. Select the Properties Tab.
2. Select the property the tenant you are wanting to update is located in.
3. Click on the tenant suite card from the Rent Roll.
4. Once the suite card pulls up, select Lease and then click on View Deal.
5. This will take you to the Deal Terms for this tenant. Once you are in the Deal Terms, click on the Pencil Icon next to the tenant's name.
6. On the Edit Inquiry Modal, select the drop down under the Industry section. A drop down will appear with all the industries Dottid has available. Select the Industry type that best matches the tenant. After selecting the Industry, click Save.
How to Create a Support Ticket
If support is needed for anything please submit a support ticket. Include a brief note about the issue(s) and Select the Checkbox to Authorize Dottid Support to edit your Properties for 7 Days and click Submit.
