1. From the Properties tab, click into the suite that has the tenant you would like to create a holdover on.

2. Now click on the 3 ellipses next to the tenant name and dropdown will appear. Select Holdover.

3. The Holdover Module will appear and automatically select Month-to-Month. Input the new Base Rent, any Additional Rent, & any notes and click Save.

4. Now you will see that under the tenant name it shows that the tenant is now in the Holdover Period.

5. Once you have confirmed a Vacating Date, click into the Pencil Icon next to the word Holdover under the tenant name.

6. Change the Holdover from Month-to-Month to Vacating Date and input the Vacating Date. Adjust any notes or Rent info and click Save.

7. You have now completed adding a Holdover to a tenant!

PRO TIP

To add a Holdover, the tenant must be a currently active tenant and the Vacating Date must be after the tenant LXD date.
