3. To create new deal terms or input options, click Add Proposal.

4. Click + Counter to add iterations throughout the evolution of the deal. Once you have finished updating your Counter, click save.

5. For existing proposals and counters - click on a title or the deal information in the table below to open the workspace.

6. Click the header banner to change the counter type, offer date, and/or suite.

7. Within an offer, click the different option tabs at the top (Option A, Option B, etc.) to view the deal terms for each option.

8. Click + to add a new option or resurface a deleted option to the counter or proposal.

9. Click x to delete an option.

10. Click the trash can icon to delete an entire proposal or counter and all associated options.

12. Each column is titled with either 'LL' representing a Landlord Type Proposal or counter plus the offer date, or 'T' representing a Tenant Type proposal or counter plus the offer date. The rows in light blue are the changes made by the new counter.

13. Click the Final Terms checkbox to finalize the deal terms.

14. Downloading a proposal or counteroffer inside Dottid is easy. Navigate to the deal terms overview page (or an individual proposal) and click the export button.

15. See below for a sample of the Deal Terms Report you will get when you download a proposal or counter in Dottid. Options are shown as separate tabs and we always give you the formulas.
